Privacy Policy
SnoreTrack ("we", "our", or "the app") is operated by DJUMP, MB. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, what we don't, and how we handle the things we do.
1. What we collect

2. What we do not collect
- Your audio recordings. Sleep audio is recorded locally on your phone. It is never uploaded to our servers, never analyzed in the cloud, never stored anywhere we can see. You can delete a night with one tap and the file is gone.
- Payment information. All subscriptions are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) via RevenueCat. We never see your card.
- Location data.
- Contacts, photos, or files beyond what's needed for the app to function.
3. How we use what we collect
- Run the app — store your sleep session history, sync it across your devices, and let you see your own trends.
- Authenticate your account and keep your data private to you.
- Send the push notifications you've opted into.
- Improve the experience using anonymous, aggregated usage analytics.
4. Where it lives
Sleep session metadata and account data are stored on Supabase with row-level security (RLS) — meaning only you can read your own rows. All traffic is over HTTPS. Audio recordings, as noted above, live on your phone and never leave it. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with anyone.
5. Third-party services we use
- Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
- RevenueCat — subscription and payment management (payments processed by Apple / Google).
- Mixpanel — anonymous usage analytics.
- Resend — transactional email (waitlist, contact form, account-related mail).
- Apple / Google — OAuth sign-in providers.
6. Your rights
You may request to view, update, or delete your personal data at any time. Delete your account in-app under Settings, or email start@djump.io. Deleting your account permanently removes all associated data from our servers.
7. Children's privacy
SnoreTrack is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us data, contact us and we'll remove it.
8. Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data (sleep sessions, profile, settings) is permanently deleted from our servers. Anonymous, aggregated analytics data may be retained for product improvement.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes through the app or by updating the effective date above.
