Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of SnoreTrack ("the app"), operated by DJUMP, MB. By using the app or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the app
SnoreTrack records your sleep audio on your phone, identifies snoring episodes, and shows you trends. You may use the app for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use the app for anything other than personal sleep tracking.
- Reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the app's functionality.
- Submit excessive or automated requests that abuse the service.
- Share your account credentials with anyone else.
- Use the app to record, store, or share data about other people without their knowledge and consent.
2. Accounts
You can create an account using email/password, Sign in with Apple, or Sign in with Google. You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that happens under it. You can delete your account at any time through the app's Settings, which permanently removes all your data.
3. Free and Premium plans
- Free: record one night per week, see your nightly summary, basic history.
- Premium ($3.99/month or $29.99/year): record every night, full history, 30-day trends, audio playback, factor correlations, weekly/monthly reports.
Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Manage or cancel anytime in your device's subscription settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google per their respective policies.
4. Sleep and health disclaimer
SnoreTrack is a general wellness tool. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose sleep disorders, and is not a substitute for professional sleep medicine. If you suspect sleep apnea, insomnia, or any other sleep disorder, talk to a doctor — bring the SnoreTrack data with you if it helps.
5. Intellectual property
SnoreTrack and its features are owned by DJUMP, MB. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the app without our written permission. Your sleep data is yours. Your audio recordings never leave your phone; the session metadata in your account belongs to you and is deleted when you delete your account.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that the app will be available at all times, error-free, or that snoring detection will be perfectly accurate. Audio-based detection has natural edge cases; treat the numbers as a directional record, not a diagnosis.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DJUMP, MB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app — including any health outcomes related to following or not following anything the app shows you.
8. Privacy
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how we handle it.
9. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes through the app or by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania.
